1961 CHEVY IMPALA SS
348, two speed Powerglide.  A/C.   Completely numbers matching, bone stock original.  Nothing has ever been removed, or taken apart.  Correct red and white original interior, carpet, and headliner.  Truly immaculate: no dents, scratches, or other blemishes.  Clean, unmolested undercarriage.   The original red paint shines as good as, if not better, than new.  The spotlight is original factory GM.  It was ordered by the original owner.  It is not an aftermarket add-on.   The paint and body are perfect.  All chrome and trim look new.  This car has NO rust and never has.  It has always been adult owned and garage kept.  Check out that grill!  Not a dent, bend, or scratch.  The sixties muscle car stance, and brilliant paint and chrome will impress anyone who sees it.
The 348, with correct snorkel air cleaner, fan shroud, generator etc. etc. etc., runs great and sounds awesome.  There is no drive belt on the A/C, but that’s all it needs.
This is a turn-key car.  Fire it up and drive it anywhere.  It needs nothing.  Everything works.  The engine compartment could use some detailing according to your personal preference.  It is ready to cruise and show just as it is.  If you drive this car, you’re gonna want to own it.  I know I did.  Unfortunately, I already have more cars than storage space.
I have been involved with cars, especially muscle cars and classics since the 60s.  IMO - You won't find anther Impala SS of this vintage in this condition anywhere.  It is truly mint, almost as if it just rolled out of the showroom.  $26,000
